External Evaluation

Developed by Universalia Management Group Limited (Universalia), the external evaluation was commissioned by the Global Youth Mobilization Board and Project Coordination Team (PCT). Conducted from August 2022 to January 2023, the evaluation covers the full life of the GYM project ( from December 2020 – December 2022), focusing on the overall GYM governance and operational model and key areas of work, including Local Solutions (LS), Accelerator Programme (AP), National Projects (NP), and advocacy.

The purpose of this final evaluation is to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and overall achievements of GYM activities and the collaboration between the Big 6 Youth Organizations, evidence the delivery and results of the GYM, and inform the project’s next iteration (GYM 2.0).
