The Project

NSONYE was born out of the need to bridge the gap in skills, create inclusion and encourage the participation of young people, particularly women and girls, in the tech industry. It is proposed to serve as a medium to help train and introduce women and girls, and other young people who have interest in entering the Tech industry, by providing guidance and skills training through an active online community.

It integrates a project-based learning platform and curriculum to equip participants with both soft and hard skills that introduce them into the tech industry, and guide them through finding their feet through direct mentorship and industry exposure.
